Getting Started

Meeting you where you are

Meeting youwhere you are

You're considering treatment for yourself.

You may be carrying a lot, or just starting to ask questions about your drinking, drug use or problematic behaviour.

You're here supporting a family member.

Supporting a loved one through alcohol or drug addiction can take an emotional toll. You don’t have to carry that alone.

You're a practitioner looking for a partner.

See whether our programme is suitable for your client. We work closely with referring clinicians.

An addiction treatment programme under specialist medical oversight

Developed in collaboration with Promises Healthcare, our 16-week rehab programme is led by Dr. Winslow, former Chief of Addiction Medicine at the Institute of Mental Health, and informed by evidence-based practice.

We are a private residential addiction treatment centre licensed by Singapore’s Ministry of Health (MOH) to provide medical services, delivering specialist care within a fully regulated healthcare framework.

What we treat

Treatment for addiction andthe conditions that accompany it

Addiction and the conditions that accompany it

When drinking has become harder to control, or has begun to affect your health, work or relationships.

Including dependence on prescription medications, as well as stimulants such as methamphetamine, and other substances.

Including gambling, gaming, pornography or sex. These addictions affect the same systems of reward and impulse control. We treat them with the same seriousness.

We support clients experiencing conditions associated with addiction, including mood disorders, PTSD, eating disorders, and interpersonal or relational difficulties.

A whole-person approachto treatment

A whole-person approach to treatment

Addiction can affect each person differently and touch many areas of life, including physical health, psychological wellbeing, relationships, work, and sense of meaning — often in ways that are deeply personal.

Treatment therefore needs to address more than addictive behaviour itself and be tailored to the individual and their circumstances. Our programme is built around a multi-dimensional model that considers the different ways addiction can affect a person and the foundations needed for lasting recovery.

Every element of care, from psychiatric review and neurorehabilitation to family support and therapy, is purposefully included to strengthen these areas and support the whole person.

Set in a coastal enclave in Changi, The Winslow occupies a restored heritage building dating back to the colonial period. The centre is purpose-designed and reimagined for discreet, contemporary care. Local wildlife, including hornbills and otters, is often spotted along the shore. The location offers access to trails along the coast while remaining just minutes from Singapore's major hospitals.
